I combine my knowledge as a doula and as a teacher, with the latest research and information from a range of well respected sources.

1 x optional postpartum birth debrief

Birth Doula
As your birth doula I support you and your family through your pregnancy, birth and fourth trimester.
This support looks slightly different for everyone but includes a combination of educational, emotional and physical support.
Included:
1 x obligation free meet and greet- in which we get to know each other
3 x Antenatal Sessions- in which we discuss your pregnancy, birth plans and postpartum plans
On-Call for labour and birth support from 38w
2 x postpartum sessions
